Enhanced four wave mixing in slow light GaInP photonic crystals waveguides and 40 Gbit/s transmission assessment

Résumé

We report here the experimental demonstration of the slow light enhancement of four wave mixing conversion efficiency and bandwidth in III-V photonic crystals waveguides, and 40Gbit/s transmission assessment with BER measurements.
