The use of electromagnetic waves carrying orbital angular momentum in the radio frequency range is a growing subject, and so is the design of antennas able to produce such waves. The aim of this paper is to present a new type of antenna (a flat plate) in order to generate an electromagnetic wave carrying orbital angular momentum in the millimeter frequency band.
