Hydro-mechanical behaviour of fine soil reinforced by sand columns : experimental study in laboratory.
Résumé
This paper presents the results of the study of fine-grained soil (kaolin) reinforced by stone columns on an experimental method in the laboratory. Specifically, it highlights the influence of the establishment on the mechanical behavior of stone columns model. Columns of sand were carried out by substitution and by repression. Several columns are formed in varying the intensity of compaction used in their procedure of implementation. The influence of the intensity of compaction during the implementation was analyzed. Finally, these reinforced massives are submitted to the same load in other to assess the influence of compaction effort on the hydro-mechanical behavior of the soil/column complex
