Poly(pyrrole) films efficiently electrodeposited using new monomers derived from 3-bromopropyl-N-pyrrol and dihydroxyacetophenone—Electrocatalytic reduction ability towards bromocyclopentane

Abstract

Elaboration of new modified electrodes electrodeposited on GC and ITO-electrodes.•Poly(pyrrole) films, analyzed by FT-IR, confirm the presence of functional groups.•ITO–Poly(pyrrole) films were explored by SEM, EDX and AFM spectroscopy.•Interesting catalytic properties have been also investigated.
