High-order Cumulant-based MUSIC for Near-field Source Localization

Résumé

In this paper, a method for near-field source localization based on MUSIC algorithm and high-order cumulant is proposed. Unlike other modified 2D MUSIC, the new method needs only one matrix to estimate the range and DOA respectively, decreasing both the computational burden and complexity of the algorithm. Furthermore, with high-order cumulant, it is also free to coloured Gaussian noise. The simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
