MISO Estimation of Asynchronously Mixed BPSK Sources

Résumé

In this paper, a method for discrete sources extraction from underdetermined, finite-bandwidth and delayed mixtures of BPSK sources with a single antenna receiver is proposed. Unlike most of the already existing algorithms which consider the unavoidable delay between the sources as undesirable, the proposed method takes advantage of such a delay. Indeed, it turns out that it is possible to recover the symbols even if there is neither gain nor phase diversity. The complexity of the proposed algorithm is quite low, which makes it efficient for real-time sources separation. The effectiveness of the method is illustrated via numerical simulations for different scenarios.
