A Cavity-Shaped Diphosphane Displaying “Oschelating” Behavior

Abstract : A molecular balance wheel: transition metals form with a β-cyclodextrin-derived diphosphane chelate complexes in which a fast oscillatory motion about the metal ion takes place. The observed movement occurs without metal-phosphorus bond dissociation.
