Demonstration of efficient spin injection in a CW VECSEL at RT and dynamic control of its polarization state

Abstract : We report the first efficient spin injection in a CW optically pumped VECSEL, obtained with phase anisotropy dynamic control. A threshold reduction of 1.5 % and an ellipticity of 75% are obtained at RT. Theoretical and experimental investigation of the polarization eigenstates is presented.
