Abstract : The benefit of adjuvant chemotherapy (AC) after pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) for distal cholangiocarcinoma (DCC) remains controversial. The study aimed to evaluate the impact of AC after PD for DCC in a large multicentric cohort.
