Témoins d’exploitation des ressources végétales et minérales sur l’estran : l’exemple de Porspoder (Finistère)

Abstract : A foreshore of the village of Porspoder in the Finistère department (29, France) shows different traces of the exploitation of living or mineral resources. Wrack was collected and seaweeds cut on this beach. An old fish-trap (Middle Age?) for fishes and crabs is marked by remains of a stone wall. An old quarry (before the 19th century) is recognized by grooves dig by pick in the granite. Traces of horse carts, often hide under the sand, are momentarily seen after storms.
