Résumé

An early warning system for the prediction of geodynamic hazard zones of position of broaching engineering structures has been developed. The main reasons for the emergence of situations in broaching accident situations engineering structures has been analyzed. Developed a detailed block diagram and described an algorithm of the system. For predict the risk of geodynamic zone of position broaching engineering structures was advanced to use a complex method of calculation based on the use of methods for determining the geodynamic risk, and new methods of information processing based on artificial neural networks.
